The appointments of the Board shall be elected from among the members and shall consist of a Patron, Chairman, Vice Chairman, General Secretary and Treasurer.

The Patron, Chairman, Vice Chairman and General Secretary shall hold office for three years terms, this period can be extended through resolution by Board of Trustees.

The duties of the Patron shall be with consultation of Chairman set policy, oversee progress of work and guide/assist the Chairman in execution of his duties. Arrange, plan and help in securing financial and administrative assistance of the Trust in executing welfare works.

The duties of Chairman shall be to plan, execute, govern and supervise the affairs with a view to attain mission and objectives of the Trust. To convene and preside over meetings, to conduct such official correspondence as the Board may deem fit and to represent the Board in official capacity and shall have casting vote in case of a tie.

Vice Chairman will be responsible to the Chairman for operating / managing, control and supervising the affairs of the Trust in accordance with its Mission and Objectives, as per guidance provided by the Chairman. He will assist the Chairman in fund raising and oversee the functioning of General Secretary. In his absence of Chairman, shall act as Chairman.

The duties of General Secretary shall be to implement policy and decisions of the Board to keep the Chairman and Board fully informed and to work with the Chairman in facilitating meetings, including the preparation of agendas.

The duties of the Treasurer shall be to receive and disburse funds on behalf of the Board, prepare and make available at intervals statements of accounts and annual budgets and operate bank accounts on behalf of the Board.
