Since my retirement from government service in December 2002, I have cherished a sincere desire to devote the rest of my life to the welfare and uplift of underprivileged people in our area. Throughout my career, I witnessed the hardships and suffering caused by poverty, particularly among women and children who often lack access to education, healthcare, and other basic necessities of life.

By the grace of Almighty Allah, I have been blessed with the opportunity to turn this long-held vision into reality through the establishment of Alpial Welfare Trust. This Trust is a non-political and non-sectarian organization dedicated to promoting the universal values of brotherhood, equality, peace, compassion, and justice. The Trust is certified by Pakistan Centre of Philanthropy (PCP) as a Non-Profit Organization (NPO) for lifetime.

Our mission is to serve all communities living in the rural areas south of Rawalpindi, without any distinction of caste, tribe, or background. Whether Alpial or non-Alpial, every deserving individual will be treated with dignity, respect, and fairness.

I extend my best wishes to all members of the General Body, the Board of Trustees, and the Executive Committee. I encourage them to carry out their responsibilities with honesty, dedication, transparency, and a true spirit of service. Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need our support the most.
